Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance for international orders. For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total. SXA is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with your local carrier or delivery location.
