Refund policy
At SXA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To begin a return, please contact us at support@sxaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will issue a return shipping label. A flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. If your item is incorrect or arrives damaged, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email update. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges; to order a different size or product, please place a new order.
